On November 8, 2010 the Northwest Central FASD Network became incorporated as a registered Society. Becoming an incorporated not-for-profit entity is one way that the Network demonstrates its commitment to community transparency and accountability.

The NWC FASD Network’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held within 120 days from the end of the fiscal year and is open to Network members and the general public. Notice of the AGM is posted on both the NWC Network and FASD-CMC websites, emailed to Leadership Team members and distributed via various Leadership Team member and stakeholder distribution lists.
